Getting the pin set and the shaft thread/mount squared up dead-on.

putting the finish on and sanding it out also making a taper on the butr that doesnt have a little wobble near the joint.
lee if you put a super small lathe togther under these specs id buy it
take that taig bed cut it in half and mont it on a board and put a small headstock and tail stock on each piece far enough away to fit a cue between centers and put a sewing machine motor on it so it turns about 15-25 rpms and i can use it to spin wjile i put finish on so it levels out and make it for about 250!! you would sell tons!

difficult...
The thing I have the most difficulty with is getting the wooden sticks to be inlayed as points to be exactly square (90 degree angle) on one side.
I would be so happy to get some good advice on that...
